On invigorating autumn day, EETI in-depth launched “studies on the theoretical and practical issues of party building”. With this activity as the background， the series of standard knowledge training activities ‘Learning standards, quality assurance, promoting development’ kicked off in EETI. On August 18^th, standard training for transformer short circuit test and standard training for seismic test were carried out in room 409 and 411 in EETI.

     EETI leaders attached much signification to this series of training activities, provided guidance and support for the methods and details of the organization of the training work；Training instructors mainly constitute by the department leader, core master. The teaching process was supervised and guided by experts; in this form, on the one hand it is beneficial to train talent and train team, on the other hand the quality of teaching can be guaranteed, and this is also an exploration of talent training mechanism in EETI .

“Quality first, consumer utmost and credit uppermost, management science, testing justice and data accuracy” is EETI quality policy. “Strict implementation of standards, ensure testing operation specification, accurate and fair test data” are EETI quality policy requirements connotation, and it is also the fundamental of the testing industry.

Learning standard knowledge, and to know well about testing technology and ensure the quality of testing, certainly, all of which will promote the development of EETI.
